ARTIST STATEMENT

My work is based on computer generated fractal images. Fractals are the geometry of nature and used to define the shapes of natural objects. I take the images and rearrange them to tell a story.
MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES
Cotton, batting, and cotton thread.
Altered computer generated fractal image, digitally printed, machine quilted, and hand dyed cotton.
