ARTIST STATEMENT
Letters written stacked upon each other created an abstract design. The width of the brush stroke creates shadow or illumination.
MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES
Cotton material and acrylic paint.
Letters are written with brushes of different widths, first horizontally, and then vertically without regard to space. Domestic machine quilted.
