Off-Site Exhibitions

During the run of Somewhere Over the Border (February 18–March 15), Cygnet theatergoers are invited to visit the Visions Museum of Textile Art’s exhibition on view in the Cygnet Theatre Gallery.

VMOTA has been invited to exhibit a selection of relevant textile art pieces in Cygnet Theatre’s Lower Lobby Art Gallery in conjunction with Somewhere Over the Border. Six pieces will be for sale, and viewers can request to purchase works right in the gallery by finding the QR code provided alongside the artwork. You can also arrange a purchase here, where you can learn more about the exhibition, including a special membership offer for Cygnet ticket holders.

We are proud to announce our newest off-site exhibition, Snapshot San Diego at the San Diego International Airport. Stay tuned for more information on the full exhibit, but until then, stop by The Studio in the newly opened Terminal 1 near Gate 121 if you’re visiting the terminal, to learn about all participating organizations.

We Are Voices of Other Voices/Somos Voces de Otras Voces is on the road! If you didn’t have a chance to see the exhibit while it was up at VMOTA, we encourage you to make your way to CECUT in Tijuana to view the incredible collaboration between modern artists and traditional artisans. Opens December 4th, 2025. Find out more information here
