ARTIST STATEMENT
Venice is imperiled by ocean warming due to climate change. Iconic buildings, such as the Doge’s Palace, flood inside regularly, shifting foundations and threatening artifacts.
MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES
Wool, mylar, cotton.
Handwoven, discontinuous brocade.
