ARTIST STATEMENT

We quiet ourselves and gaze from the silent stillness as we create. Our mind travels to times shared with others as we relive and cherish the ephemeral memories…a journey of self-reflection.

MATERIALS

Cotton, bamboo batting, polyester thread, textile paint

TECHNIQUES

Hand-painting, raw-edge appliqué, free motion machine stitching
