ARTIST STATEMENT

The city of Taormina (Sicily, Italy) seemed to be suspended between heaven and earth. It was a magical place where all energies have been present harmoniously: the sky, the earth, the sea, the rock, energies of water, fire, metal and wood (the luxuriant vegetation), in an explosion of colors.
