ARTIST STATEMENT

Humans have assaulted and been at war with other humans since the beginning of time. Feuds between families, countries, races, opposing ideologies and cultural beliefs have driven aggressive behaviors and attacks on the ‘other’. This image is the story of resilience through history, humans digging deep to rise above these moments that seem debilitating.
