Visions Museum of Textile Art (VMOTA) is excited to participate in this year’s San Diego Gives campaign.*

Visions Museum of Textile Art is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to celebrating the rich history, artistry, and cultural significance of textile art. Located in the heart of San Diego’s Liberty Station, our museum features local, national, and international artists from a wide range of textile mediums. VMOTA features 20 exhibitions per year, artist-led lectures and workshops, and community events for families. Our museum offers free admission year-round thanks to the generous donors and members who support our organization.

Your contributions make it possible for us to continue uplifting the work of textile artists to our community as the only museum in Southern California dedicated specifically to promoting textile art.

Thank you for joining us!

*San Diego Gives is more than just a fundraising campaign; it’s a testament to the collective spirit of San Diegans coming together to make a difference in our community. With the power of collective efforts, we can address the top concerns facing San Diegans, from affordable housing to mental health and beyond. According to the USD Nonprofit Institute Annual Report, a staggering 83% of San Diegans have benefited from nonprofit services in the past year alone, showcasing the vital role these organizations play in our lives. San Diego Gives provides an opportunity for everyone to give back to the nonprofits that give so much to our community. Whether through volunteering, donating to the “Love Them All Fund” that supports all participating organizations, or directly contributing to a nonprofit of your choice, every action counts. Join us in becoming philanthropists in action, as we highlight the power of giving and the impact it has on our beloved San Diego. Together, let’s show the world what a philanthropist looks like!
