ARTIST STATEMENT

A visit to the teamLab exhibition at the Asian Art Museum reminded me of Vincent Van Gogh’s Sunflowers. Looking closely at images of his painting, it is apparent that it is more monochromatic than I had realized.  This piece is reflective of his brilliance but far from capturing the dazzling display of his composition.  Hence the apology.
