ARTIST STATEMENT
Inspired by the Peter, Paul, and Mary song about a boy and his friend dragon.
MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES
Three dimensional hand and machine appliqué with multiple cotton fabrics. Jackie Paper’s face is hand papered and the hair is embroidery floss. Free-motion long arm quilting.
