ARTIST STATEMENT
Much of my work is what is in my head, 28 different news stations running constantly in my head, whether I’m awake or asleep. I designed this just before COVID hit and shut us down, and it was the piece I was working on when we got sent home from school. Climate change was still a priority on the news…and missile strikes from North Korea were a threat. These things are still really important. The world is still at risk. The environment is still a disaster. I still love the world and want it to be better.
Hold on, y’all.
