ARTIST STATEMENT

The green tree python (Morelia viridis) lives in tropical rain forests. A perfect subject for Prism Play because of its ability to go virtually unseen, camouflaged by its habitat. Don’t be afraid! It only eats small rodents, geckos, skink lizards, and frogs. 

MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES

Materials:Commercial fabric, perle cotton, beads.  

Techniques: Fused, machine quilted, hand wrapped.
