ARTIST STATEMENT

Sometimes in life, turmoil reigns. Expected paths are sent spinning, and confusion blurs the usual course.Even when daily rhythms deteriorate, when darkness and isolation converge in the confinement of close quarters, rays of hope emerge. 

MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES

Materials: Hand dyed and commercially printed fabric, wool batting, thread of various weights. 

Techniques: Raw edge, machine appliquéd, machine quilted with rulers.
