ARTIST STATEMENT

This is simply an example of how two-point perspective and the appropriate placement of the full range of one hue (in this case, green) can create the illusion of dimension. The light green dots are just for fun! 

MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES

Materials: Commercial cotton fabric, acrylic paint. 

Techniques: Paper pieced, machine quilted, application of acrylic paint with curved-tip syringe.
