Will You Stay Here for a Moment?
October 24 — December 5, 2026
on display in the Spotlight Gallery
About the Exhibition
Will You Stay Here For a Moment? is an invitation to linger. Built through repeated gestures, layered yarn, and accumulation. Forms emerge and overlap through improvisation, play, and the act of small decisions. Installed in a space designed for passing through, the exhibition offers a brief interruption, inviting viewers to pause and consider what becomes visible through sustained attention.

About the Artist
Denja Harris
Denja Harris is a San Diego-based artist whose practice engages traditional and contemporary fiber techniques. Through labor, intuition, and improvisation, she constructs layered surfaces that hold space for vulnerability and transformation. Working with both dead-stock and new yarns, Harris builds tactile compositions where color and texture become sites of connection and material change.
Financial support is provided by the City of San Diego.
