Cancellation Policy

Effective July 1, 2026

Due to preparations that workshop instructors must make ahead of class, we are only able to offer refunds for cancellations if someone on the waitlist is available to take your place. If you would like to transfer your registration to another participant, please email info@vmota.org to notify us of the change. We appreciate your understanding.
