ARTIST STATEMENT
My definition of illumination is: to brighten with light and to glow. An original photograph by Lynda Fox seemed perfect for the illumination challenge as it seemed lit from within. It was made and quilted by Ruth Jones in memory of Lynda.
MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES
Polyester sateen fabric.
Original photograph printed on polyester sateen fabric, and machine stitched.
