ARTIST STATEMENT

All Lit Up is the first in a series titled The Joy of Living. Women juggle so many responsibilities at home, family, work, church, and all the other activities we engage in. The images we see in the media don’t provide any respite. This series is about finding joy in the simple things of everyday life and creating images to remind us of that.
